Many people who travel to another country may meet the problem like that they cannot speak that country’s language. When you meet this kind of problem you may feel helpless. However, if there some people who can speak your country’s language, things will be difference. Therefore not only on these kind of common things but also on business, bilingual /multilingual specialize in U.S.A., which country have a large number of immigrant, there are three reasons to support my opinion, growing immigrant, population, and also less expense.
Firstly, we all know that America have a large part of immigrant many of them cannot speak English .Therefore, some American company should recruit bilingual /multilingual employees to help their customer to deal with the product. It is a good way that company hire bilingual /multilingual employees will have more advantage than the company does not give this service.
Secondly the world is become more and more globalization, many American company have many employees who do not work in U.S.A. like the example in article, Microsoft company set up new call center in Indian. And also many company sell their product to another countries, their customers are in the every corner of the world. Therefore, bilingual /multilingual employees will give their customer a well know what the customers need and what the customers want. Last week I have call the Bank for my account, but I cannot hear the people clearly and then I call them Chinese line , I find my results convenient, and this is an example which explain the beneficial to hire bilingual employees.
Lastly if American companies hire bilingual /multilingual employees, it will decrease company payment. Because if you hire all employees who just can speak one language, but the company can pay to the same money to hire bilingual /multilingual employees. It’s not doubt that company will choose the first one.
All in all, I think the American company should hire bilingual employees because in the companies world and financial crisis. American company should give their customers better services than before. So that they can pretend their position in competitive markets.
